Our Thoughts On Poland

We loved Poland and wouldn’t hesitate to return. The places we visited were really interesting, especially if you learn about the history and culture.
We haven’t used any campsites so can’t comment on them. (It was mainly wild camping and Motorhome dealers.)
We did nearly 100 Miles on the A4 toll road between Katowice and Wroclaw. It cost us 16zloty (£3.36). It has a couple of service stations where you can dump your black & grey waste (down the same hole) and fill with water. The sign to it says ‘Bus WC’. You’ll need a large thread to connect to the tap, 1/2” I think. Bigger than the usual hose lock thread anyway.
The public transport is really good, cheap and easy to use.
Food is really cheap to buy too but they do love their fatty meat and cakes, seriously, counters full of cakes!!
Just a couple of things to be aware of, in the towns & cities, you’re not allowed to walk across the road when the red man is lit up otherwise the police will fine you 100 zloty.
The Polish drive like nutters, even the walking tour guide said, the Polish think cars are more important than pedestrians, so you have to be careful.

NOTE: We've not had any problems drinking the water in Poland, or any other country for that matter.
